Gotovo svaka dijeta zahteva brojanje kalorija, ali za jednu devojku uspešnom se pokazala potpuno suprotna metoda. 30-godišnja Madalin Đorđeta Frodsem odlučila je da isproba takozvanu antidijetu pa je prestala da broji kalorije.

“Sećam se da sam gledala transformacije drugih žena, pokazivala fotografije svom treneru, preterano analizirala njihova tela i pitala se kada ću i ja tako izgledati. Sve sam probala, burpije zamenila tegovima, brojala kalorije, smanjivala njihov unos, ali i dalje nije bilo uspeha”, ispričala je za Daily Mail.

S vremenom se okrenula drugačijem pristupu. Nije više marila toliko za kalorije, ali je i dalje naporno trenirala. Ako nije mogla u teretanu, trening bi odradila kod kuće. Celo iskustvo više nije bilo stresno.

“Odlučila sam da se ne fokusiram na određene delove tela, već na celo telo”, pojasnila je.

I dan danas sledi princip takozvane intuitivne dijete prema kojem je “hrana više od goriva, ali ne i emocionalna uteha kada smo usamljeni ili loše volje”.

“Ne brojim kalorije ili makronutrijente. Trenutno sam u Italiji i jedem sveže voće, a za doručak pijem kafu uz piškote”, rekla je.

But don’t force yourself to eat something because you think it is healthier. If you want to eat real pancakes, eat real pancakes 🥞 I want to eat pancakes made with flour and sugar and milk and eggs. I want to eat brownies made with chocolate and butter. I want to eat chips made from potatoes damn it. I remember when it used to give me so much joy to spend the afternoon baking with my mum. I’d mix the chocolate chips in the cookie dough and lick the spatula and clean out the entire bowl. The entire kitchen would smell like cookies. Throwback to 1 year ago and I am microwaving a sweet potato brownie dreaming of better times. I was cleaning out my bloody zoodle maker, still hungry because it contains no carbs. I am pretending to enjoy my egg white pancakes. It tastes like a f*cking omelette 🤦🏼‍♀️ Where is my maple syrup?!?! @workitwithmg we are focusing on making food fun again. We’re collaborating with recipe creator @moribyankitchen to make us some yummy food that is simple and delicious. Now, I’m off to eat pasta made from actual flour and eggs and finished with chocolate cake made from actual chocolate. How radical.

Za ručak pojede vegetarijansku testeninu, za večeru picu sa sirom i salatu, a ne izostavlja ni sladoled za desert.

“Dijete ne smatram delotvornim. Više od 80 posto osoba koje žele da smršaju, na kraju povrate kilograme, bez obzira na program koji slede”, smatra ova Australijanka koju na Instagramu prati više od milion osoba.

Nada se da će ljudi početi da vežbaju jer u tome uživaju.

“Većini je cilj mršavljenje pa se zato rekreiraju. Istraživanja su pokazala da to nije dugoročno održiv plan. Potrebno je menjati način razmišljanja, a to je najteži dio. Ljudi moraju uvideti zdravstvene prednosti vežbanja”, poručila je Frodsem.
